About Earnest Hudson, Jr. MS, CSCS, CES, PES

Earnest L. Hudson, Jr. has been a professional in the fitness industry since 1989. He currently holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science, is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and holds the Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Mr. Hudson also holds a Level 1 Instructor credential for Kettlebell Concepts (KBC), a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate, is a member of American Mensa International, and is the creator of Anatomatrix Fitness, Inc.,

Having extensively taught CEU curriculum for NASM, AFAA, and Grey Cook's Functional Movement Screen via Town Sports International (TSI), owners of New York Sports Club (NYSC) as a New York Regional Trainer, Mr. Hudson is currently a Certification Specialist/Lecturer for the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), specializing in the Personal Fitness Trainer (PFTv4) Certification course, as well as the Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor's course for Kettlebell Concepts.

As a professional trainer, Earnest continues to service a "Special Needs" clientele- specifically those challenged by amputation, joint replacements or impingements, or coronary vascular disorders.

At 44 years young, Earnest continues to train himself enthusiastically via martial arts, kettlebells, strength conditioning, and breakdancing.

Earnest is available for fitness presentations and writing assignments.
