AFAA APEX Conference is here!

WOW! Things have been soooo busy, that I have not been able to post in my usual manner. Many of you know that I have been busy at the personal training vocational school, Focus Personal Training Institute, as the day lecturer for their 300 hour personal training course. It's been a lot of work, but a lot of fun! Well now I'm back, and posting once again...
